Welcome to SAP Interiors & Design Pvt Ltd. By engaging with our services, visiting our website, or entering into a contract with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the relationship between the client and SAP Interiors, ensuring clarity, mutual understanding, and professional conduct throughout the project lifecycle.

All services offered by SAP Interiors, including design consultation, turnkey interior solutions, space planning, and execution, are subject to the terms of a formal agreement or quotation shared with the client. The scope of work, project timeline, materials, and costs will be clearly mentioned in the agreement. Any changes or additions requested after the agreement is signed may result in revised timelines or additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information related to property dimensions, utility connections, and site conditions. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as structural issues, third-party interventions, or lack of access to the site may affect the overall project schedule and are not the liability of SAP Interiors.

Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule in the contract. Delays in payment may lead to project suspension until dues are cleared. All materials and products used remain the property of SAP Interiors until full payment is received. In case of cancellation by the client after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for costs incurred up to that point, including design, material procurement, and labor.

SAP Interiors strives to maintain the highest standards in design and execution. However, natural variations in materials or minor deviations may occur due to site conditions or supplier availability. While we aim for precision, some tolerances are considered acceptable within industry standards.

Any warranties or guarantees offered for furniture, fittings, or appliances will be as per the manufacturers terms. SAP Interiors is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

All intellectual property, including designs, drawings, 3D renders, and concepts shared during the project, remains the property of SAP Interiors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reproducing or sharing these materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or communication with our team implies acceptance of the latest terms.
